	*Sheila Shelley*, Team Coordinator for TEAM FLETCHER is responsible for all aspects of client communications, support and marketing for both residential and commercial real estate. Sheila coordinates all marketing activities, technical assistance and provides support for all the members of TEAM FLETCHER. Sheila is a licensed Realtor and a member of the Androscoggin Board of Realtors. She earned an A.S. in Business from Endicott College and her B.S. from Merrimack College.
	*Sandra K. Skillings*, Commercial Broker, has been active in the Lewiston-Auburn real estate market since 1983. Sandy specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial, industrial, and office properties. A consistent leader in the local real estate industry, Sandy is a member of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
