Kevin Fletcher, CCIM, came back to Maine after serving in the U.S. Army for 4 years. Kevin enjoys the quality of life that Maine offers and was happy to come back to start a career in real estate. After a successful start in residential real estate, Kevin made the switch to commercial real estate. He quickly earned the prestigious CCIM designation, a designation he shares with less than 5% of all commercial real estate specialists in North America. Kevin is the only CCIM in the Lewiston-Auburn Community.

Trisha Millett Fletcher, ABR and CCIM candidate earned her BA in Business Management from Bentley College. After running her own retail business for a few years, she joined her family at Millett Realty, Central Maine’s leading real estate firm. She quickly found her passion was finding the right property for her client and negotiating the deal. Her professionalism and work ethic quickly propelled her to being one of Maine’s leading Realtors.
Trisha has earned her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, and is a CCIM candidate member. She is a past president and Realtor of the Year for the Androscoggin Valley Board of Realtors, Director of the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce, and a Member of the St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center’s Foundation Executive Board.

Sheila Shelley, Team Coordinator for TEAM FLETCHER is responsible for all aspects of client communications, support and marketing for both residential and commercial real estate. Sheila coordinates all marketing activities, technical assistance and provides support for all the members of TEAM FLETCHER.

When you list your house with a real estate agent who participates in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), you get a lot of service for your money. Depending upon the MLS region, there may be hundreds of participating members.
The real estate agent who lists your home works to get it sold. This is done by marketing directly to home buyers, but an even more powerful tool is marketing your home to other agents who have buyers. Your real estate agent makes all the crucial information about your home available to the other members through the MLS. Information such as your home's location, size, the number of rooms, the style of architecture, what personal property is included, and any other special features is posted. The MLS description will also contain information about any special financing that might be available, showing instructions, and special needs you may have with respect to closing. The MLS is a powerful tool for real estate matchmakers.
