Trisha Millett Fletcher, ABR and CCIM candidate earned her BA in Business Management from Bentley College. After running her own retail business for a few years, she joined her family at Millett Realty, Central Maine’s leading real estate firm. She quickly found her passion was finding the right property for her client and negotiating the deal. Her professionalism and work ethic quickly propelled her to being one of Maine’s leading Realtors.
Trisha has earned her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, and is a CCIM candidate member. She is a past president and Realtor of the Year for the Androscoggin Valley Board of Realtors, Director of the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce, and a Member of the St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center’s Foundation Executive Board.

Sheila Shelley, Team Coordinator for TEAM FLETCHER is responsible for all aspects of client communications, support and marketing for both residential and commercial real estate.
